Supplement Brief (“we”, “us”) publishes independent supplement buying guides. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

If you subscribe to the Supplement Buying Brief or contact us, we may collect your email address and any optional interest preferences you select after signup.

When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure may automatically record standard technical data in server or CDN logs — for example IP address (often truncated or anonymized by the provider), browser type, pages requested, approximate timing, and referral URL. We use those logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do notcurrently use third-party analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels on supplementbrief.com.

Cookies

The public guide pages are mostly static and do not set marketing or analytics cookies for measurement. If you subscribe or use on-site features that require it, strictly necessary cookies or similar storage may be used for security and form function. We do not use a cookie consent banner today because we do not load non-essential tracking on first visit. If we add analytics or advertising tags later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before those tools run.

How we use information

  • Send the buying brief and related editorial updates you requested
  • Improve guide coverage based on optional topic preferences
  • Operate, secure, and maintain the site (including review of hosting logs)
  • Respond to editorial or support inquiries

Email and unsubscribe

We do not sell your email address. Every buying brief includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to request removal.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some pages contain affiliate links. Clicking them may share standard referral data with partner networks on their sites. Newsletter signup data may be stored or processed by infrastructure providers we use to run the site (for example hosting and email delivery services), under their own privacy terms where applicable.
